798601.in is a local online directory and discovery platform serving Mokokchung, Nagaland, and surrounding areas.
Our website helps users discover local businesses, services, jobs, properties, transport information, events, classified advertisements, and other community information.
Our paid services primarily consist of online listings, advertisements, featured placements, and digital promotional services.
2. Shipping of Physical Products
798601.in does not currently operate as an online store selling and shipping physical products directly to customers through our own payment system.
Therefore, shipping and physical delivery are not applicable to payments made for our digital listing and advertising services.
3. Delivery of Digital Services
Services purchased through 798601.in are delivered electronically.
Following successful payment verification, a paid advertisement or digital service will be activated or published after any applicable submission, review, or approval requirements have been completed.
Activation time may vary depending on the service purchased and whether the submitted information requires verification.
If your payment is successful but your advertisement or service has not been activated, please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website.
4. Exchange Policy
Physical product exchanges are not applicable to our current digital listing and advertising services.
If a purchased digital service cannot be delivered as agreed, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the user to correct the problem or agree on a suitable alternative.
Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Third-Party Sellers and Service Providers
798601.in may display advertisements and listings for products and services offered by independent businesses, sellers, and service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties are responsible for their own product shipping, delivery, return, exchange, warranty, and related customer service arrangements.
Users should confirm the relevant seller's delivery and exchange conditions directly with that seller before purchasing any product or service.
798601.in does not directly control or guarantee the fulfilment of transactions between users and independent third parties.
